So grateful for the friendly, helpful folks at Doug’s! On our way home from a trip to Newfoundland we discovered our trailer had a bent axle that, had we driven any further, could have resulted in a blow out on the highway. Luckily, we were in Sussex, and luckier still, someone in the parking lot at Roxy’s told us to go to Doug’s RV. Long story short, we ended up leaving our camper there and went home to RI while we all looked for a replacement axle. No luck in Canada but we were able to get one from a local dealer and about two weeks later drove it back up to Doug’s where they installed it in a little over an hour. Thank you especially to Gwen and Adrian for their patience and assistance (and good humor)!

Have to tell the who story for you too see how amazing this place truly is. we just moved our trailer into a new park and of course stuff happens and need supplies, so my husband sends me to Doug's, well that his first mistake, parts specialist wasn't in but front desk lady was quick to offer her assistance, must say this was a laugh, "you know the thing that goes on that thing" omg she tried to help but kept reassuring me that if this is the wrong part we can returning!. At that time a guy in the back named Lea was quick to offer his help he was AMAZING!!! I didn't feel dumb he showed me how things worked and why, even made some suggestions, I'm telling you he truly jumped right in and offered assistance when he seen people struggling, what a great team played they have over there. If you haven't been in you should go they have a great selection of all kinds of camping/trailer supplies if they don't have what your looking for they will be quick to get it, that's for sure.

Great buying experience at Doug’s - from our first meeting at the RV show in March with Melissa, Chris and Chad - to the service team that helped us with PDI - thanks Gwen, Lee and Murray - everyone was pleasant to deal with and did their best to ensure we were happy with our purchase of a Vibe 28RL - which we definitely are - can’t wait to camping !!!

Everyone was friendly and very easy to deal with. Chad answered all our questions and we never felt like we were bothering him. He made the process very easy and enjoyable. The lady that cleaned our trailer is amazing! We purchased pre-owned and she got things clean that I thought couldn't be. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because Tim backtracked on a repair he said would be done. Not a big deal, just keep that in mind when being promised things.
